The paddle wheel ship m/s Elias Lönnrot has been cruising on Lake Keurusselkä since 1986. The ship is a so-called replica of the ship of the same name that operated on Lake Keurusselkä in the late 19th century. The paddle wheel ship Elias Lönnrot is a rarity in its kind. It is the only large paddle wheel ship in Finland that uses side wheels and is a unique journey through time into the Finnish lake landscape. Paddle wheel ship cruises are a central part of Keuruu’s summer program. The services and themed events offered by the ship, such as children’s music cruises, band evenings and story cruises, enable unforgettable experiences for all visitors.
The ship has A-rights, and the café serves small salty and sweet snacks, ice cream, cold and hot drinks!
